Im obsessed with Mr. Darcy

Today we went to Chatsworth Estate. It was incredible! But my favorite part was that this is the house they use for Mr. Darcy's house in the movie Pride and Prejudice. It is my favorite movie ever! So I got see tons of things that are in the movie and we could even take pictures in the house! So basically it was a fantastic day. Plus I got to take a picture with the statue of Mr. Darcy that they use in the movie. Oh ya. Glorious.
It was just amazing to actually be there. Plus the house itself was just huge and amazing! I can't even imagine living there. It is home to the Duke of Devonshire and his family. I should get to know them ;)
So we just got to tour all around today. The gardens were pretty too but it was raining so we didnt see much. Their gardens cover 150 acres!
But the worst part ever was that the main side of the house that they show in the movie was completely covered in a huge white tarp and scaffolding! So I didn't even get to see it!! But I postcard at the very least. So that was a little sad. But then I shared a giant chocolate cake with Madison, Mary, Stephanie, and Stacie. It was so good! But I loved being there. Great day!
British quote of the day- "Give way" This is on the yield signs and instead of saying yield it says "give way" and I think it is hilarious. haha!
